My Practice:
Julia's work centers on bringing clients' body and mind back to equilibrium. The body does not separate from the mind, no matter how hard we try - when one suffers, so does the other, and restoring that connection is what creates lasting wellness and a good quality of life. She uses bodywork and energy work through the lens of five element theory, working to address the root causes of disharmony rather than just treating symptoms. Julia approaches each session with the same intention: to help the body remember what balance feels like. Each person's path to wellness looks different, and she works to meet clients where they are, using techniques from around the world to support their body in finding its own way back to equilibrium.
My Story:
Julia started her education as a psychology major, fascinated by the mind and eager to deepen her understanding. It didn't take long before she felt called to do something else. She wanted to create real change for those who were suffering. Her search for a different way led her to Traditional Chinese Medicine, where the body and mind are treated as one - inseparable parts of the same whole. Julia eagerly pursued this broader understanding at Pacific College of Health and Science, where she graduated from the Applied Associates program with a newly found passion for healing through bodywork. She's currently in Pacific College's Masters program for Acupuncture, diving deeper into Traditional Chinese Medicine with a particular focus on how the five elements affect everything in our lives - from our internal state to the way we respond to our external surroundings. What drives Julia is seeing clients transform: watching stuck energy start to move again, witnessing people reconnect with parts of themselves they'd forgotten, and helping them improve their day to day life in ways that ripple outward. For her, this work isn't just a career, it's a passion for helping people feel whole, balanced, and cared for.
“Simplicity, patience, compassion. These three are your greatest treasures. Simple in actions and thoughts, you return to the source of being” Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching, Chapter 67
