Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
Techniques I Use:
Diversified chiropractic techniques, mechanical traction, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, active release technique (ART), instrument assisted soft tissue technique, traditional energy work, and Whole Foods nutrition.
About My Practice:
View your overall health through several different lenses. This allows for discovering the root cause of complaint in order to determine an appropriate plan of action. I ensure the patient plays an active role in your healing process and can therefore also advise lifestyle changes to help further diminish pain and prevent recurrences. This may include exercise regimens to help strengthen or stretch muscles correlated to the complaint, adjusting daily work or home routines to prevent future incidents, and even certain foods to avoid or incorporate into your diet.
Dr. Tierra Solé was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. In 2013, she graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Minor in Spanish. She knew that her vocational destiny was to learn about history, philosophy, and the human psyche so that she could understand the conditions by which humanity thrives, and then use her life’s work to help foster them. Through her work experiences after college, she came to realize her place in our evolving society was not institutional, but rather interpersonal. At the same time, her connection to and love for the plant world became apparent. For these reasons, Dr. Solé chose to pursue her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, CA, where she graduated in May 2022.
